只要google "大福 食譜" 就有超多可以參考,我只是調糯米糊時加了綠茶粉,做完後再用以前我妹買的茶凍模子裡壓成型...
The center is yams (sweet potatoes) coated with red beans. I also mixed a little honey in it. The color is not fresh yellow because one of the yams oxidized quickly and became dark brown.

To me, the rice skin is still too moist. however, if too dry, it will get hard in the refrigerator.
